Legality

All sites must conform to UK Law, whether designed for UK usage or not

adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and any client information supplied will NOT be divulged to any third party, under any circumstances

may publish credits, disclaimers or other materials on it's web sites as it reasonably deems appropriate

cannot and will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement whether intentional or not. Any site content that breaches this will be removed immediately on discovery

All code, digital images and relevant website material created or supplied by remain copyright of at all times unless written permission has been given by for their usage

Client Responsibilities

The web sites created by are done so at the direction of the client, and based on information provided by the client. The sole responsibility for the site content resides with the client. cannot and will not be held responsible for any misinformation on any web site it develops or maintains

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have sensible contingency plans in place in the event of an outage which may affect their business. cannot and will not be held responsible for any consequences of a client not having suitable contingency plans in place

will not be responsible for reviewing the text, graphics, animation, audio and/or digital video components prior to uploading such content onto the Web Site

General Terms

agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the written specifications in a timely manner according to the written agreed timescales. The obligations with respect to meeting any deadlines are subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, by any voluntary action of or of any third parties beyond the control of S. shall not be in breach of any agreement as a result of a reasonable delay in supplying the work occurring for any reason

All quotations will be valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

cannot guarantee that any Search Engine will index or list any web pages or sites submitted to them by . However, we will do our utmost to ensure that the site is optimised to increase the speed with which it appears on the search engine databases

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:


 • shall have the right to review it's web sites from time to time and remove or edit content which, in its sole discretion, it considers offensive, libelous, obscene or otherwise unlawful or objectionable


 • shall be responsible for undertaking any and all maintenance, renewal, control and editorial content of it's web sites on it's client's behalf

Technical Support

This includes all web site fault-fixing - ensuring the site and associated services are up and working. will use reasonable endeavours to fix all technical issues as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth service. Where a third party is involved, we cannot guarantee their response time, though we will use reasonable endeavours to keep any outages to a minimum and keep you informed of progress

Technical Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 17:00, by mobile phone or e-mail. If an issue arises outside these hours, please e-mail or leave a mobile telephone message and we will use reasonable endeavours to respond to the client at the start of the next business day

Payment Terms

• Web Site Development
  
  A deposit is payable immediately on acceptance of a contract and before any work can commence. The balance is payable immediately prior to the site going live on the Web. All deposits are non refundable once payment has been made. Payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
  
  
  
• Full payment of the balance must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may result in any development work being deleted permanently
  
  
  
• Should additional work be required at any point, this must be agreed in writing by the parties and may be subject to additional costs and time required to complete the work
  
  
  
• Domain Name Registration
  
  Domain names must be paid for in full in advance of registration for two years. They are renewable with 30 days notice from SRG Websites
  
  
  
• Hosting
  
  Hosting charges are payable in advance by standing order or cheque
  
  
  
• Monthly Maintenance Plans
  
  Support charges are payable in advance by standing order or cheque
  
  
  
• E-Mail Charges
  
  E-Mail setup charges are payable in advance
  
  
  
• Non-payment of invoices 30 days after the due date may result in services being suspended until full payment has been received
  
  
  
• It is deemed that a client agrees to these terms & conditions in full on the engagement of to perform technical or consultancy services on their behalf and payment of the required deposit
  
  
  

Termination of agreements

reserve the right to terminate any agreement if it considers that the terms and conditions have been breached

reserve the right to terminate any hosting or website services agreement giving 30 days notice at any time. Refunds for any services already paid for will only be given in exceptional circumstances

reserve the right to delete any web site or remove any service that has not been paid for in full by the client by the required date

Limitation of liability
Unless written agreement exists otherwise, shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, business contracts anticipated savings or profits, or any loss of use of facilities; or any special indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising.

Confidential Information

Each party undertakes that it shall, at all times, use its best endeavours to keep confidential all Confidential Information

These terms, conditions and prices may be updated from time to time and any such variation will be published on our website with immediate effect
